    Fictional Sun Goddess Anyanwu - “Eye of the Sun” or “The Light” is an Igbo deity from Nigeria that is believed to dwell in the sun. Alaigbo (Igboland) was referred to as the land of the rising sun. Her gold feathered crown and solar earrings emanate like the sun’s rays shining down on her inhabitants to bask in her glory.
